Role Summary: The CEO of HPWS will be the strategic driver for growth, operational efficiency, and brand expansion, working closely with the Board of Directors and managing the executive team. As CEO, you will champion the culture, shape the strategic direction, and oversee daily operations, franchise growth, and stakeholder relations to ensure HPWS's continued success and industry leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define and lead HPWS's strategic objectives to expand our brand presence, overseeing market dynamics, competitor activities, and innovative growth initiatives. Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including the Franchising Code of Conduct, in partnership with the Board and key governance stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, manage financial planning, and drive profitable growth while meeting quality standards. Brand Development & Marketing: Lead marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and loyalty, including digital outreach, B2B and B2C market expansion, and alignment with customer needs. Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansions, setting revenue targets and fostering relationships. Leadership & Culture: Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, and guide the leadership team in achieving organisational goals and promoting professional growth. Financial Stewardship: Drive cost-effective initiatives, manage budgeting and audits, and work with the Board on financial planning for long-term sustainability. Key Selection Criteria: Relationship-Building & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including franchisees, clients, and industry partners. Strategic & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven success in setting long-term visions, handling complex information, and identifying innovative growth opportunities. Results-Driven: Track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals with a focus on sustainable results and a strong sense of purpose. Financial Acumen: Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting, with an ability to guide fiscal decision-making effectively. Leadership & Management: Experienced in people management, change leadership, and business transformation within fast-paced, diverse environments. Qualifications & Experience: Extensive senior leadership experience, ideally at the CEO level or similar. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Hands-on approach with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. Background in franchise or similar multi-location business models is desirable. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in business management.
