Chief Executive Officer

Details of the offer

On 31 July 2024, we will be farewelling our CEO, Daniel Becker, who has recently announced his resignation.
Livable's Board of Directors Chair, Stephen Avery, said while we were saddened to receive Daniel's resignation, Livable is well positioned to move forward successfully.
"We are incredibly grateful to Daniel for his unwavering dedication and exceptional leadership during his five-year tenure. Daniel has led Livable to numerous milestones, including our transition from CRANES to Livable, securing the organisation's financial sustainability and overseeing its growth into new regions such as Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie," Mr Avery said.
"His strategic vision and commitment to our mission have significantly positioned Livable as a leader in providing exceptional care and support services to our participants and community members in the Northern NSW and Mid North Coast regions.
"On behalf of the entire board and staff, I would like to thank and acknowledge Daniel for his remarkable contributions to our organisation and wish him every success in his next opportunity."
Mr Becker said that as he reflects on his time at Livable, he is filled with gratitude for the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.
"Looking back over the past five years, I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together, Mr Becker said.
"I consider myself fortunate to have collaborated with such a committed and dedicated team that places our participants, their loved ones and community members at the heart of everything we do."
Mr Avery said that while we commence the recruitment process for a new CEO in the coming weeks, we will continue to draw on the depth and expertise of our Executive Management team to deliver exceptional care and services to our participants.
"Daniel has built a great team here and I have every confidence in our staff's ability to make this a smooth transition for our Livable community," Mr Avery said.
