What's the opportunity? Reporting to the Chair of the Board , you will oversee and have responsibility for all aspects of the company including product development, manufacturing, marketing, sales, distribution, and financial performance, including the P&L. Revenue growth will be a central focus of your impact in this position.
Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve the company's growth objectives by actively promoting and maintaining an inclusive, encouraging and positive culture. Develop and implement strategies to drive significant revenue growth and profitability. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends, particularly e-commerce. Optimise existing revenue streams and explore untapped market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including overseas distributors. Ensure efficient operations and financial performance while maintaining the company's values and culture. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Represent the company as a visionary leader, fostering innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in the market whilst holding true to its CSR commitments. What you will bring to the role
You have a strong blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to drive revenue and profit growth. With a proven track record of identifying new opportunities for growth and optimising existing operations, you will have financial acumen and business development skills necessary to scale the business. You will be enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well on your own.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience within the skincare industry will be looked upon favourably but not essential.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to drive growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and leading collaborative teams. Ability to build and maintain a strong company culture that drives engagement and results. Financial Acumen: Experience of P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Ability to analyse and understand financial data to drive cost efficiency and improve profit margins. Business Development: Experience identifying new revenue streams, market opportunities, and partnerships. Skilled in negotiating and securing deals that drive business growth and profitability. Operations Optimization/Change Management: Expertise in optimising manufacturing and distribution processes for efficiency and cost reduction, ideally in a Global setting.
