Drive impactful change, innovation, and growth.

McCallum Disability Services Inc. is an Australian non-profit organisation that provides support services to people with disabilities.
Established to empower individuals with disabilities and promote their inclusion in the community, McCallum Disability Services focuses on delivering high-quality care tailored to the needs of each person.
Established in 1953, the organisation has grown to be one of the largest providers of disability support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Western Victoria.

Providing a range of services, including individual support services, NDIS support coordination, community-based and site-based programs, accommodation, supported employment through their social enterprise initiatives, and skills development and training programs, McCallum operates in a highly regulated and competitive environment.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to McCallum, balancing its mission of providing person-centred services with the commercial acumen necessary to ensure its long-term sustainability and growth.
Working closely with the Board, the CEO will lead the organisation's strategic development, operational excellence, and innovative expansion to position McCallum for sustainable growth.

An existing executive, with a successful track record of providing entrepreneurial leadership in complex, highly regulated, and constantly changing environments, you will have expertise in leading quality service delivery, governance, risk management, and be able to build on a highly engaged workforce culture.
Success will require a contemporary thinking leader with strategic insight, astute financial management, strong commercial acumen, well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to influence, build partnerships, and navigate change.

Being the CEO of McCallum is more than just a job; it's your opportunity to do meaningful and rewarding work, to make a difference and leave a legacy.
This is a significant opportunity to lead change, innovate, and grow an organisation with a passionate and committed team.
Your alignment with the values of McCallum will be vital.
