To support this growth, we are bolstering our capability by adding numerous key roles that are integral to our future success. This is an opportunity to join us at the forefront of a once-in-a-generation technological advancement whilst at the same time securing the nation against ever-increasing threats. Embarking on an exciting transformation, we've opened an opportunity for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and join our Executive Leadership team to drive revenue growth in accordance with Vault's strategic vision. The role is based between our Canberra and Sydney offices and is a unique opportunity to take the Customer function to the next level. You will be responsible for:
Leading the Customer Department, which comprises all new and existing customer activity, including Customer Solution Architecture and Marketing.
Lead the direction and execution of key sales and marketing strategies to deliver revenue acquisition and growth
Enable growth in our install base and strong customer retention by deploying customer retention and growth strategies.
Lead the strategic direction and cultivation of our partner ecosystem toward delivering valuable commercial outcomes for Vault and its partners.
Bolster Vault Cloud's brand and positioning to customers within the National Security and Safety Critical sector
To be successful in this role you will need:
Extensive team leadership experience with proven experience motivating outcomes and developing a cohesive team culture
Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development
Demonstrated commercial acumen including strategy development, P&L capability, stakeholder management and governance
Hands on expertise in crafting compelling solutions and value propositions: Clear demonstrable experience in addressing specific customer needs and pain points by providing solutions.
An ability to listen, engage and be curious in solving complex customer and business problems.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
