This integral role provides high-level expertise and an opportunity to play a key role in the world's largest W Hotel.Key Responsibilities:Leading the Concierge and Wheels team.Managing the hotel's loyalty program.Handling VIP guests, groups, and special events.Coordinating Wheels talent and directing the management team to execute Concierge and Wheels operations.A full New South Wales Drivers License is required.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are required. A deep local understanding of Sydney and charisma are essential for creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for customers.The Chief Concierge must balance the needs of their team, guests, and the business while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.As a department head, directs and works with the management team and hourly talent to successfully execute all Concierge and Wheels operations. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction and maximize the guest satisfaction of the department.
