Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will motivate and lead the Concierge department to achieve the goals set by Hotel Management. Your responsibility will be to ensure staff adhere to current policies and procedures in the pursuit of service excellence and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop opportunities to provide continuous elevated experiences for our guests.About youYou'll bring the following:Supervisory or management experience within a Concierge, Front Office team or luxury service providerDemonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirementsExperience using Hotel Property Management SystemsStrong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skillsA passion for Perth and Western Australia, a strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and barsExperience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)Minimum RequirementsThis role requires:Hospitality or tourism-related qualification (Preferred)What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
