About the job We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team to maintain PMO standards and processes, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
In this role, you will take ownership of the systems, tools, utilities, and scripts used within project delivery, ensuring they are optimized for performance.
You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing applications, with a focus on automating repeatable procedures to streamline operations.
Additionally, you will manage the automation and configuration of various project management tools, adapting them to different types of projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across all initiatives Job Responsibilities Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and upto-date.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions Tools Administration: Manage and provide support for project management software, such as MS Project, or other tools Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices.
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current workflows and recommend solutions Tracking Risks and Issues: Maintain logs of risks and issues, ensuring they are actively monitored and resolved Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between project teams, technical teams, and business units to ensure alignment Metrics Collection: Gather and analyze project performance metrics, such as KPIs and resource utilization.
Generate reports and analytics on project performance, risks, and resource utilization About you Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator or Technical Administrator Familiarity with Software Development/Engineering Good working knowledge of project management and reporting approach and tools (MS Office Suite, MS Project, Power BI, Dev Ops, Power Automate, Service Now) Creativity and attention to detail Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask Good general IT and Computer skills What's in it for you Friendly and supportive team environment Discounts across all of our brands!
