Lapa Brazilian Barbecue in Subiaco is a busy "rodizio" restaurant offering an at the table all you can eat barbecue experience. We are looking to staff up our kitchen team with 2 additional chefs.
Chefs x 2  Full Time (70k - 90k depending on experience) We have 2 positions available, with respectively minimum 2 years and 5 years experience as a chef. It is essential you work well under pressure, have a high level of discipline and presentation standards and a high standard on cleanliness and hygiene.
The "all you can eat" experience means we do not have the usual stress of dockets and a a pass.
Hours are dinner 6 nights (closed Tuesday) and Sunday lunch. We are generally closed on public holidays.  Churrasco experience will be highly regarded.
