The Buffs club is an Award-winning Club located in Regional North Queensland in Mount Isa.
They are dedicated to the communitythrough the facilities and services provided.

Buffs Club is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chefs - All Position - including Head Chef, CPD, Pastry Chef, Demi/Commi Chef to join their team.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Skills in preparing different variety of cuisineCreativity and high presentation standardsAbility to create dishes with consistencySkilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipesAbility to contribute to menu planningUnderstanding of food safety and OHS requirementsTrain and manage cooks and kitchen staffAchieving all safety, hygiene and food qualityShould be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.
To be considered for the position you must possess the following: At least 2 years' experience in a similar roleRelevant qualifications in commercial cookeryAbility to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environmentProactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industryPossess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
