Full time Salary range $75000 to $80000 P.A plus super

Italian Taste PTY LTD IN Melbourne CBD is looking for chefs to join our dynamic team with a dedication to deliver heart warming italian cuisine
Duties will include
Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menù
Preparation of contemporary style dishes
Planning and development of menu in collaboration with restaurant managers
Ordering food and kitchen supplies
Discussing food preparation meals with kitchen staff ,wait staff and managers
Preservation of food
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Staff rostering
Menu costing
Requirements :At least a relevant diploma qualification plus two years of full time post qualification experience in the relevant position or 3 years of experience as a Chef
