Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification.
Duties and Responsibilities: Make a range of Indian meals to accommodate patrons with dietary restrictions and dietary intolerances.
Work together with the head chef to develop creative ideas for menu items that highlight Indian flavours.
Keep an eye on the kitchen staff to guarantee smooth operations and excellent meal preparation.
To efficiently manage stock, conduct stock takes and put FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation into practice.
To guarantee a secure and effective working environment, keep an eye on and maintain the kitchen's amenities and machinery.
In order to adhere to health standards, enforce food safety and hygiene protocols.
Control food waste by putting methods in place to generate as little waste as possible during cooking and serving.
Follow portion size guidelines Organize and manage Tandoor and Tandoor related cooking.
A salary of $73,500 will be offered to the successful candidates.
