Chefs & Cooks Wanted

The successful applicant will have previous experience (preferably Club/Restaurant experience) in assisting Head Chef in managing a team and have experience in all elements of catering duties, including both front and back of house.
Key Duties:
•Effectively assist in managing and mentoring back of house team in a consistent manner.
•Effectively help manage the cost of goods within the catering department.
•Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace.
•Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices.
•Assist with Stock control/Ordering/Receiving/Cash handling skills.
•Assist in formulating menus.
The Person:
•'Hands-on' approach and attitude.
•Proven track record in providing excellent customer / client relations.
•Experienced with a high level of food hygiene and safety knowledge.
•Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
•Passionate about the food / function of the industry.
•A strong desire to develop and contribute to the business.
•Reliable with the ability to work as a team.
•Must be flexible and well organised.
