Welcome to Coogee Pavilion, or as the locals call it 'The Pav'. Made up of 3 floors including Ground Floor, which offers casual dining from fresh oysters and wood-fired pizza to family-friendly meals. Mimi's, our premium dining Mediterranean restaurant on the middle floor, offers a considered menu focusing on produce. The Rooftop serves up a Middle Eastern menu, cocktails, and a range of occasions.
The Role We are looking for full-time and casual chefs to join the teams on the Ground floor and Mimi's ready for a Summer. The ideal candidates will enjoy working in a large team, in a fast-paced kitchen.
What makes you a great fit for this role: 2+ years' experience in a similar style of venue either fine or casual dining.Experience across the kitchen on different sections and the ability to deliver to a high standard.Different levels of staff required from demi chef to sous chef.Great communication and a team player.Well-presented and comfortable working in an open kitchen.The Reward You will be joining a company that wants you to succeed; we offer:
