About the rolesThe Chef is an integral position in our catering operations. Chefs are responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving meals to company standards laid down and in accordance with safe food handling guidelines. They are to ensure that all food service areas are kept clean and hygienic and must be thoroughly familiar with all safety equipment and how to deal with an emergency.
About youTo be successful you must:
Be available to work on a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysHave excellent communication skillsBe committed to ensuring a clean hygienic kitchenAbility to perform autonomouslyHave a sound knowledge in food safetyAttention to detail in preparation & food presentationThese key requirements will be appreciated with experience and skills in the following areas:
