The Position: Full-time role for an organized Chef to collaborate with a small team, delivering premium daily meals and event catering. Ensure exceptional food safety, quality, and attention to allergen/dietary needs. Plan and execute function menus and services. Manage a small business budget and control costs. Oversee catering operations, stock control, and ensure WHS, HACCP, and food safety compliance with a focus on waste reduction. Forecast food requirements, manage orders, and stock. Experience in operational and financial aspects of catering, seeking growth opportunity. The Person: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery & Food Safety Supervisor certification. 3+ years of chef experience in similar venues. Strong team player, comfortable in small teams. Extensive knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety. Proven leadership and organizational skills, able to work autonomously and under pressure. Effective communicator. Proficient with computer and online business tools. Reliable transport required due to limited public transport.
