Chef sought for busy restaurant. Plan, organize, and oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Key responsibilities include preparing and supervising food preparation, developing new menu items, and overseeing stock levels and staff rosters. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of work experience. Salary is $65,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation, with a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week.
