Prepare creative and diverse menu options SkyPoint, Dreamworld and White Water World deliver a variety of diverse and creative menu options ranging from restaurant, cafe style and fast-food menus by day to first-class dining, themed buffets and cocktail menus by night.
We are currently looking for Chefs or Qualified Cooks to join the team.
Working alongside our team of experienced chefs, you will enjoy learning and preparing the diverse and creative menus offered at SkyPoint in our unique and extraordinary venue.
We are looking for applicants with the following:
A strong previous background across buffets, functions, a la carte service and/or fast food service;Fully conversant with all aspects of high volume food preparation and presentation;Experience and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;Reliable and a self-motivated team player with an eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills;Flexible with availability including ability to work a range of shifts including weekends;Good physical dexterity with the ability to perform physically demanding work;Good working knowledge and practical application of HACCP standards.Successful applicants will form a pool of Chefs that are available to assist with events and banquets as well as work in our Level 77 Café & Bar kitchen.
Shifts will vary ranging from early mornings, afternoons, late nights and weekends.
Hours will vary depending on your availability.
All Team Members may be required to work across our SkyPoint, Dreamworld or WhiteWater World locations.
