About the role Leading Age Care Provider in SA Conveniently located in Goodwood Permanent Full Time Position Utilise both your hospitality and people management skills in this diverse role As part of the leadership team at this site, you will report directly to the Site Operations Manager.
You will have overall responsibility for Hospitality Services of our 100-room bespoke facility, including food services, cleaning and laundry.
You will use your technical expertise, leadership skills and commitment to optimal work practices to deliver best practice Hospitality services and continuous improvement.
This broad but challenging position will allow you to join a cohort of high-performing Chef Managers across the business, to deliver exceptional customer experience and optimal nutrition for our residents.
You will use proven systems and workflows across food safety, menu development, modified diets, purchasing and workforce management to ensure services are delivered which are compliant with regulatory standards and within budget.
