The Role: We are seeking a hands-on Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at our university residence in Bedford park.
This dynamic role involves overseeing the daily food service for 200+ university students, managing a dedicated team, and delivering high-quality, innovative meals while ensuring excellence in service.

It is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in hands-on cooking and management, particularly in the education sector.
Roster: Monday to Friday 11.00am to 7.30pm - This role will commence at the beginning of February Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding culinary experience for students through innovative, high-quality meals.
Supervise, lead, and manage the catering team, including rostering.
Liaise with clients for function planning and costings.
Design and implement menus that cater to a range of dietary and cultural needs, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Oversee food service operations, maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
Manage budgets, including labour and food costs, stock control, and financial reporting.
Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety, HACCP, and WHS principles, including timely and accurate completion of all documentation.
