The Position: Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce Deliver to our Client's high expectation of a premium experience Fortnightly roster pattern, with 2 days off in a row Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards The Person: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred. High attention to detail Able to work unsupervised and well within a team A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
