As a Chef your responsibilities will include: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation area and kitchen equipmentMeal and food preparation for patients as per recipe guideMaintain food stock levelsMaintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standardsImplement Food Safety ProgramLiaise with management and facility staffLead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional serviceSelection Criteria: Certificate III in Commercial CookingGood working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulationsSafe Food Handling Certificate (desirable)Available for shifts over a 7-day roster including weekend workExperience in hospital or hotel food service environment preferredFor further enquiries: David Conway - Support Services Manager, 02 4944 3707
