THE POSITION Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produceEnsure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.THE PERSON Certificate III in Commercial CookeryExperience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred.A passion for food and exceptional customer serviceA flexible approach to fortnightly roster patternASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
