The Position Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards The Person Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred A passion for food and exceptional customer service A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
