Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and hold a relevant Cookery certificate.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for Pakistani Cuisine and stock management.
Work together with the head chef to develop creative ideas for menu items that highlight Pakistani flavours.
Keep an eye on the kitchen staff to guarantee smooth operations and excellent meal preparation.
To efficiently manage stock, conduct stock takes and put FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation into practice.
To guarantee a secure and effective working environment, keep an eye on and maintain the kitchen amenities and machinery.
In order to adhere to health standards, enforce food safety and hygiene protocols.
Control food waste by putting methods in place to generate as little waste as possible during cooking and serving.
Follow portion size guidelines to maintain A salary between $75,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
