Monsieur Chow is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join their dynamic team in Mermaid Beach, QLD.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook dishes to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance and develop menu offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
About You: • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chef.
• Strong culinary skills and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
