About the Role As a Chef at Grand Pacific Group, you'll be instrumental in crafting exceptional dining experiences that align with our reputation for excellence.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious venues in NSW.
Key Responsibilities : Execute menu items with precision and consistency Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Assist in food preparation and production Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain efficient service Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates What We are Looking For : At least 2-year work experience in a similar position At least Certificate IV degree in Commercial Cookery or other relevant field.
Strong understanding of various cooking methods and techniques Excellent organisational and time management skills Work Location - Based in Sydney, NSW with opportunities across various Grand Pacific Group venues.
