We are looking for 2 x Full-time chefs. Qualifications & experience: Hold a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Certificate IV in commercial Cookery.Have at least 2 year work experience in a fast-paced Kitchen Environment.Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious experiencesStrong knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavour profiles, and presentation.Key Responsibilities: Culinary Preparation: Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, soups, salads, main meals and desserts.
Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff, providing training for new employees, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a productive work environment.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies to maintain stock.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas to promote efficiency.
Collaborative Planning: Work with owners on menu planning for weekly and seasonal specials, incorporating customer feedback and trends.
Quality Assurance: Commit to delivering exceptional food quality and presentation, enhancing customer satisfaction.
