Full Job Description Chef Nest Bistro is a local restaurant located in the heart of Walkerville (South Australia) & renowned for its fresh and wide variety of food.
The restaurant is currently after an experienced & qualified Chef to join their team.
On offer a full-time position with a base salary of $75,000 plus Superannuation Tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities The successful candidate will be required to have: At least a 2 years' experience as a Chef with qualification in Commercial Cookery Ensuring food is delivered to an exceptional standard A sound understanding of cost monitoring, presentation and portion control Good communications within a team Good vibe, and a positive attitude Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently A strong focus on Health and Safety If you think you could be a fit for the position and would like to join the team, please forward your resume to ******.
