Mostly Monday to Friday (no guests) usual conditions (guest on) and will involve some international travel.
The owner has a fine palette, is diabetic and enjoys healthy meals with a traditional touch.
Ideally, a chef that can prepare Indian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Seafood dishes professionally trained and can handle preparing meals for 15+ guests at one time with preferably large-scale events and catering experience.
