Frontier Migration Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an administrator (Casual 38 hours per week) to support our migration agent in collecting documents with clients, preparing migration applications/documents, and managing timing/deadlines.
We are based in Darwin.
High attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Main duties include: Working closely with and providing overall administrative support to our registered migration agents Helping migration agents prepare migration-related applications Providing customer service to existing clients and prospective clients (e.g., helping them book consultations, requesting documents, entering data into forms, entering data into client management systems) Preparing client service agreements and invoices Bank reconciliation Be highly organised to manage work and deadlines Capable of acting independently Qualifications, skills and experience: Strong Communication skills  Professionalism Good people skills and enjoys working with other people Customer service experience High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow processes Adaptability to changing priorities and new way of doing things Computer literate Employer questions Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have in a consulting role?
