Are you a skilled Business Analyst ready to make an impact on a high-profile digital project within a large government organisation? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and the design of user-centred digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and policies.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops and gather business and functional requirements. Document requirements, processes, and workflows using industry-standard techniques. Support testing activities, including preparing and executing test plans. Deliver project documentation aligned with organisational frameworks and policies. Manage information and records in compliance with information management standards. Essential Skills 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments. Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integration. Experience with user-centred design, usability testing, and technical writing. Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, JIRA, SharePoint, and standard office tools. Desirable Skills Experience with BPMN 2.0 or similar frameworks. Previous work within a government environment is highly desirable.
