Silks has a great opportunity for a Dim Sum Chef to join the team on a casual basis.
This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment where your knowledge and experience within Cantonese cuisine will succeed.
You will be part of our Yum Cha preparations, where you will be able to use your creativity.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests, as well as:
Ability to create specialised menu items off the Yum Cha service such as Hong Kong style dumpling wrapping and steam buns is a must.Ability with using woks.Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food.Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast-paced kitchen.About you You'll bring the following:
Overall knowledge with Yum Cha service.Passionate about Cantonese cuisine.Qualifications To be successful, you'll need a Certificate III in Cookery.
