Working alongside the kitchen team across outlets and eventsLeading and training all kitchen colleagues on menu execution, techniques, ALLSafe and HACCPOrdering stock and maintaining par levelsAssisting in menu planning, implementation and executionControlling food and wage costs, ensuring they come in on budgetAssisting in special event planning and execution eg: BBQs, Christmas, New Years functionsAssisting in changing menus for the benefit of regular return guestsMenu costing experienceAbout you… Qualifications and Experience: You have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial CookeryMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleExperience in all section preferable, including banquets, buffet and al a carteExceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detailVibrant personality, professional and always well-presentedA positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within a team environmentMust hold Australian work rightsSo, when will you be joining us?
