Chef / Cook – Nudgee Golf Club

AboutNudgee Golf Club is located on the North Side of Brisbane and is close to Brisbane Airport and just 16 kilometres from the CBD.Our friendly clubhouse caters to Members and Guests and is open 7 Days a week with no split shifts.We require a Chef with the flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster for a Minimum of 18 hours per week. Most shifts are during the day including weekends, limited night functions and public holidays.The following experience is required:Certificate 3 Commercial CookeryMinimum 3 years post qualification experienceHACCP and Food Safety Certificate requiredVery high standards in cleaning and hygieneStrong time management and organisational skillsHigh standards of food production and presentationOwn TransportYou will need a good attitude along with clear communication skills and happy to work within a small team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
