Chef / Cook – Nudgee Golf Club

About Nudgee Golf Club is located on the North Side of Brisbane and is close to Brisbane Airport and just 16 kilometres from the CBD.
Our friendly clubhouse caters to Members and Guests and is open 7 Days a week with no split shifts.
We require a Chef with the flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster for a Minimum of 18 hours per week. Most shifts are during the day including weekends, limited night functions and public holidays.
The following experience is required: Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery Minimum 3 years post qualification experience HACCP and Food Safety Certificate required Very high standards in cleaning and hygiene Strong time management and organisational skills High standards of food production and presentation Own Transport You will need a good attitude along with clear communication skills and happy to work within a small team environment.
