About Us: We are about to expand into some new food avenues in the South West and looking for the right person to help us create it.
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/ Cook to lead our new food driver and create food experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate will be possess the ability to work solo to start, build a team in the future.
They must have a creative flair for menu development.
We have 5 accommodation business in the South West and looking to add some food component to this brand.
Responsibilities: Plan and design innovative and delectable menus that align with our companies vision and customer preferences.Drive daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.Keep high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.Control inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to ensure profitability.Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.Stay updated with food trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients as appropriate.Help build something special.Get kitchens up & running & some new business avenues for the future.Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role in a food business.Strong expertise with a creative approach to menu planning.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Food Safety Certificate - will help get one if not.Police Clearance.Benefits: Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate.How to Apply: Please send your resume, a cover letter detailing your experience and culinary philosophy, and samples of your previous work & email
