Aunty Ed's opened in December 2017 and has established itself as Katoomba's best retro-Aussie diner and bar. We are known for our delicious burgers and the crunchiest chips in town, as well as our huge range of cocktails, Aussie indie craft beers and embellished milkshakes and hot chocolates. Our staff go above and beyond to offer their customers an awesome dining experience, and they are the reason behind Aunty Ed's huge success.
We are looking for clean, fast, and efficient workers with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a positive attitude towards their work and their colleagues.
The successful applicant will be required to work Wednesday-Sunday across weekends, nights, and school holidays.

Sous Chef Cooks Kitchen Hand This person must have a proactive attitude, experience in similar positions is preferred, and should be able to hit the ground running and won't be afraid to get their hands dirty!
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
