Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the established recipes and standards. Manage and maintain the larder section, including stocks, ordering, and inventory control. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during service. Contribute ideas for menu development and innovation, keeping up with culinary trends and customer preferences. Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required. ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Chef with expertise in larder operations. Proficiency in preparing a variety of dishes with emphasis on quality and presentation. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
