We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Dollar General as an Operations Associate in our Adelaide, South Australia location. Responsibilities:- Responsible for overseeing daily store operations- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering stock- Assist in training and development of team members- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving operations efficiency- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in pricing and inventory management- Assist in coordinating events and promotions- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Independent and driven individual with a passion for retail operations- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings- Must be eligible to work in Australia
