Job Summary We require a 1 Casual Customer Service Officer and 1 Baggage/Ramp Agent (Approx. 20 Hrs Per week but may lead to more for the right person) for our Wagga Wagga NSW Airport Operation. As a Check-in Agent, you will be the first contact for Aus Flight Handling and the Airline you will be representing. Greeting each passenger with a welcoming smile is important. You will check them in, issue a boarding pass, tag their bag, and guide them every step of the way. You will keep them well informed and ensure they are in the right place at the right time. You will need to follow all security, safety, Aus Flight Handling, and airline specific policies and procedures.
As a Ramp/Baggage handler, you will be required to marshal aircraft to the bay, unload baggage and freight, reload baggage and freight, and possibly help clean the aircraft. Ensure all equipment that is used is in safe working order. Follow all Company and Airline Policy and Safety Procedures.
