What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced PM Warehouse Supervisor to join the high-performance team based in Rosehill, NSW. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will effectively manage the Afternoon shift and is responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team, ensuring the contracted outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner whilst maintaining a safe working environment. This is an exciting permanent opportunity working alongside a leading beverage customer, operating Sunday – Thursday, 2pm – 10.30pm. Key areas:
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations on the Afternoon Shift, with a specific emphasis on managing inbound/outbound processes, transport coordination and the timely dispatch of goods. Efficiently schedule and manage warehouse teams and resources to achieve productive results, including efficiency in a high-volume warehouse and overseeing key performance indicators. Supervise and facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, encompassing customers and employees across the organisation. Strategically plan and execute daily labour activities within the facility, ensuring alignment with financial plans and coordinating schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage of all operational areas. Cultivate and sustain a successful relationship with the customer and key stakeholders. Actively engage with on-site personnel at the forefront to ensure their motivation, training, and competence in task execution. Manage on-site occupational health and safety policies and procedures, including injury management and reporting. Are you the one?

Experience managing teams in a warehousing environment. Familiarity with various WMS/TMS systems and competent to interpret data. Direct customer service experience and ability to prioritise and delegate tasks. Knowledge of office information systems and computer skills.
