Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

AES is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.6. Meet and exceed performance targets as set by the company.7. Assist with project management tasks related to customer support initiatives.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.3. Excellent research skills to find information quickly and accurately.4. Basic understanding of project management principles.5. Motivated to learn and grow within the company.6. Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
