Chat Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Representative at International Paper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat support.2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues.3. Use critical thinking and strategic planning skills to troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information.4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.5. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed.6. Meet performance targets and key performance indicators set by the company.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Confident and dedicated personality traits.3. Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.4. Excellent written communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace.7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
