Job Description:

Macquarie Group is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in the Canberra, Australian Capital Territory area. This is a part-time, remote work position ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:1. Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.2. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support for all clients.3. Document and report any recurring issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.4. Utilize resources effectively to resolve customer queries and escalations.5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product-related inquiries.6. Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.2. Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions.3. Reliable and resourceful personality traits to handle a variety of customer inquiries.4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while still being a team player.5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms.6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to conduct chat support efficiently.
