Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.
Support in organising office events and activities.
About you: Previous experience working as a receptionist or administration experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A friendly and approachable personality, excellent telephone manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
