About the Role: We are looking for a Lease Administration Manager to join our clients dynamic national team based in Sydney's CBD.
This exciting and varied role will put you at the forefront of managing lease contracts between retail tenants and property owners across Australia.
You will work closely with Leasing Executives, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure leases are efficiently coordinated, formalised, and compliant with all legal requirements.

Your portfolio will include a diverse mix of retail assets, including shopping centres and urban regeneration projects, providing you with a challenging and engaging work environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to stay ahead of retail lease legislation across different states while contributing to the success of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of lease contracts, ensuring legal obligations are met and minimising income risk for the owner.
Administer letters of offer, disclosure statements, and lease renewals.
Assist Leasing Executives in obtaining Owner approval for terms outside of authority limits.
Oversee the solicitor instruction process for new leases, renewals, assignments, and surrenders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms and drive successful outcomes.
Stay up to date with Retail Lease Legislations across various states.
What We're Looking For: A strong understanding of retail lease terminology, with 5+ years in a similar role (property, landlord-side, or as a property paralegal).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
