You will be an experienced solicitor with specialization in family law. Highly collaborative, you will enjoy working in a team while being capable of working independently. You will possess the necessary skills to carry out responsibilities including:
The ability to successfully manage a wide range of family matters including:Divorce matters; Parenting matters; Financial and property matters; Family violence matters. Leading dispute resolution and hard litigation; Negotiating outcomes for clients; Appearing in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences, and Trials.
