This is achieved through the end-to-end management of the Banks Home Loan business including distribution through proprietary and third-party channels, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, change and continuous improvement.

As a hands-on technology leader with full stack experience, you will be leading a team of engineers who will be designing & implementing solutions as well as influencing your Value streams tech leads , Product Owner & Crew Tech lead.
Being product aligned and customer obsessed, you'll own what you build (full cycle engineering model) and will be working in the latest technologies and frameworks (.Net Core, React, Angular, Azure, AWS, Containerisation with the potential for NodeJS/ NextJS & AI).
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office.

Show the ability to collaborate, present ideas, influence, and challenge stakeholders.
Actively are involved in continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation, ready to apply and promote industry best patterns and practices Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team; Full stack - React, Angular, Next JS and knowledge/experience using event driven architecture and patterns such as Kafka AWS or Azure CI/CD Tools – Team City, Jenkins, Octopus or GitHub Actions etc Observability tools such as Splunk, Observe, Prometheus & Grafana Containerization using dockers API Design and Development .NET core 8 Experience in System Design Working with us: Whether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with CommBank is for you.
