As the Chapter Area Lead for Product Management at Telstra Health, your role is two-fold where you will combine your deep expertise in Product Management with people leadership. By overseeing the Product Management Chapters including Product Owners, Business Analysis, and Technical Writing, you play a central role in driving product innovation, strategy, and execution, ensuring that the product management capability within Telstra Health remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals and objectives. Your leadership is paramount in advancing the company's vision of delivering connected and improved digital health experiences.

Your leadership is paramount in advancing the company's vision of delivering connected and improved digital health experiences.
Key responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and leadership to establish best practices and drive product innovation and excellence.Lead the development of product strategies that align with Telstra Health's vision, mission, and market opportunities to drive growth and differentiation.Oversee the delivery of Telstra Health's product portfolio, including prioritisation based on investment planning and resource allocation.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Telstra Health's product vision and strategy.Manage financial performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Lead and mentor a team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment, promoting continuous improvement and effective communication.Skills and experience: Strong people leadership with proven success in leading and developing a large team of Product professionals and people leaders.Demonstrable experience in resource management to align with business objectives and budgets.Experience in team performance management and delivering career development coaching within organisations.Experience in guiding practice development including setting up of Centre of Excellence or guilds.Experience in working within a Matrix organisation structure.Broad experience in product management in relation to the delivery of SaaS-based software.Minimum of undergraduate qualifications in a relevant field such as information technology, business, economics, or a related discipline.What are some of the benefits of the business?
